We’ve been busy making one of our favorite wines, the Sweet Spot. Now it’s ready, so come on in and stock up on this sweet, jammy wine made with Concord grapes. I highly recommend pairing it with a peanut butter sandwich for a grown up PB&J.

August’s Wine of the Month: Dastardly Dragon Fruit
Wine from a cactus? Really! Dragon fruit, also known as pitaya, is the fruit of a species of cactus native to Mexico, Central and South America, and it’s the main fruit in our August wine of the month.
The dragon fruit is mildly sweet — it’s not going to make you pucker up — but when paired with the flavor of raspberry and White Shiraz wine, it creates a tartly sweet wine perfect with vanilla ice cream or as a lazy, August day treat to while away the last few weeks of summer. Get yourself a bottle or two: Buy one, get one half off all August-long.
Also, the dragon fruit reminds me of a fascinator a British Royal might wear. What do you think?
