Find a free date and time on our Winemaking Calendar (scroll down to view) and fill out the form. Andy, our Head Winemaker, will contact you to verify the appointment.
Winery Hours: Appointments may be reserved from 5 to 7pm weekdays, or 1 to 5pm on Saturday.
About Your Appointment: Expect to take 90 minutes for your ‘Wine Making Party’ or Wine Tasting Party’. Preparing the wine for fermentation takes only 15 minutes. Return 7 weeks later and spend 40 minutes Bottling, Corking and Labeling your wine. If there is no time listed before an activity, our winemaker will be completing that task.
