Here’s How it Works!

Step 1

Have a look at our award-winning wine list. We have dozens of wines to choose from!

Step 2

View our calendar to see when you and your friends would like to come in and create your own personalized jug of award winning wine. We make wine on Saturdays from 1pm–5pm and weeknights from 5pm–9pm. Each 6 gallon carboy (jug) makes about 30 bottles.

Step 3

When you’re ready, head over to our Personalized Winemaking Appointment page to request a date and time to make your wine. Andy, our Head Winemaker, will contact you to verify the appointment.

Step 4

When you arrive for your appointment, we’ll give you a chance to taste and select from a variety of over 35 different wines. You may bring food and snacks to complement the wines if you wish. After you choose your wine, the fun of Personalized Winemaking begins! Each bottle costs as little as $5.00 to make.

Step 5

We begin! We’ll bring you into our winemaking room (see it live on our WineCam) and start making your wine. You won’t believe how quick and easy it is! Have a look at the Five Steps to Winemaking on our How-To page.

Step 6

Return seven (7) weeks later for more education and adventure as you bottle, cork, label and dress up each wine bottle. They look beautiful. Fruit wines are ready to drink straight away, while whites take 3-6 months to age, and reds take 6-12 months.

We look forward to meeting you and your friends! It’s always a fun time. Remember, if your party makes three (3) jugs of wine, you get 10% off your own personalized wine.
